Our complete avatar packages are composed of the best resale and custom made items found in Second LifeŽ virtual world. They include realistic skin and shape, prim hair that is usually flexy depending on the style and a matching outfit. Other accessories may include jewelry and scripted items to complete the package. The Renouf Labs Online Sign provides a way to let people know if up to five clients are currently on-line and sends them a notice indicating that someone wishes to speak with them when the sign is touched. The sign provides a space for five lines of 24 characters each to display the names of clients using the sign. There is also a 30 character text line below the client names.
When the owner touches the sign they are presented with a dialog for Reset, Test and Give Key. When someone touches one of the five on-line indicator buttons, one of two thing happen: If the agent represented by the button is on-line the sign responds with, "[Avatar Name] has been alerted and will IM you shortly." and the message, "[Avatar Name] wishes to contact to you." If the person is not on line the sign responds with, "[Avatar Name] is not online. Please try again later." If the client touches their own button they will recieve a test IM with their key and name. Setup is done by editing the keys and text notecards. This is a pay to ride attraction that will give a random prize every time. Two animations, facial expressions and a combination of movement effects give a realistic impression of someone riding a real mechanical horse! The ride starts off slow and gradually gets wilder until the avatar is Bucked. No prize if given if in Free Ride mode. Rides last from approx 15 to 45 seconds depending on the score.
The Gift Horse includes a collection of interesting item you may use as gifts, or you can put your own gifts into the Horse's contents. You can set the cost to ride. The Mechanical Riding Gift Horse is LEGAL TO USE, NOT AGAINST TOS. This is NOT a gambling device. The Gift Horse gives a random item from it's contents. There is no money payout. A prize is given every time. OWNER DIALOG: When the owner touches the Horse it will present a button dialog. The buttons are as follows. Off: Turns off the Horse. In the off state the Horse cannot be ridden and "Power Off" is displayed in the floating text. On: Turns the Horse on if it has been turned off, otherwise does nothing. Reset: Resets the scripts. Free Ride: Puts the Horse in Free Ride mode. It can be ridden for without paying and there is no gift given. Un-Sit: Kicks the current rider off the Horse. No prize is given. A demo unit is set up in the Renouf Labs store so you can take a test ride. Full instructions are also available. Second LifeŽ virtual world is an Online 3D world where you can create items and sell them in your own virtual store. I have been creating scripted and non-scripted items for over two years. The scripts are computer programs that are placed inside of 3D objects to control their functionality and how they interact with people and other objects in the virtual world. Renouf Labs is the name of my virtual store in Second LifeŽ virtual world. It is named after my main character, Renouf Frobozz. I have demonstration items on display that you can play with in the store making it a fun place to visit.
